1. Project Basis

This is where UFM becomes an extension of your business to drive a strategically important project, where there is either lack of knowledge, or time to deliver the thinking, scoping and methodology for success.

There are some unique ways that I “get under the skin” of the business and deliver brilliant results; taking the “pulse” of the business around a specific area, working with board members on their challenges, survey of the leadership team, working with a steering group within the business, asking your customers what they think and value, talking to suppliers etc – whatever works to uncover the potential options to deliver the objective.

2. Business Consultancy

Work with a recruitment female professional with over 20 years’ experience, as Board Director, growing and developing an international recruitment operation – responsible for circa 100 headcount, across recruitment operations, data and systems, and marketing.

Methodology

3 month trial period for both parties, after which a formal contract agreed. This would be facilitated half to one day per month in the business, with on-going support and remote working as and when required.

1-2-1 Coaching

Offering 121 support on an on-going basis, to offer an opportunity to think differently, give you clarity and support to make the right decisions for you personally and your recruitment business.

As above – trial period, then formal contract agreed for set time period – usually hourly / two hourly blocks – minimum 10 hours. Face to face or remotely via Video Conferencing
